Our Mission

To spark conversations that help others to understand what racism is, how it is effecting our society and to discover ways we can each play a part in bringing it to an end.

The Racism Sucks Fashion Movement...

...was founded in December, 2014 by international singer/songwriter, Tasha LaRae.  One of the major problems Ms. LaRae noticed was that the issue of racism was being treated like something that could be ignored and eventually it would just go away. With the rise of racial tensions across the U.S. over the past several years, many people are searching for an understanding of what racism is in an effort to be part of the solution. The Racism Sucks Fashion Movement aims to promote safe environments for open and honest discussions about racism and how we can bring it to an end. #conversationstarter #racismsucks #talkaboutit
